BANNERS, SIGNS, FLAGS
Event related signs, flags, banners, and posters are welcome inside Cajun Field to show fan support during events. The following guidelines relate to these items:
  • Must be relevant to event
  • May not be larger than 4 feet tall and 8 feet wide
  • May not be attached to a stick/pole
  • May not obstruct any stadium or event signage
  • May not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures as determined by stadium management
  • May not be constructed or displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard for others, as determined by stadium management
  • Any sign, flag, banner or poster may be removed, at any time, at the sole discretion of stadium management.


CAJUN WALK
About 2 hours before game time tailgaters line up along Reinhardt Drive for the Cajun Walk, which provides fans a chance to say hello top their favorite Ragin' Cajuns. Fans greet the team as they unload the buses on Reinhardt Drive.



CODE OF CONDUCT
  • Respect other guests' ability to enjoy the game. Loud or obnoxious fans could be asked to leave the stadium if their behavior is deemed to be offensive to guests around them.
  • For the safety of all fans, do not interfere with the progress of the game or go onto the playing field. Any fan interfering with play or going onto the field will be removed from the stadium and could be subject to arrest.
  • Please sit in your assigned seat and be prepared to show your ticket to an usher or stadium supervisor upon request. If someone is in your seat, report the issue to the nearest usher.
  • Should you encounter any problem, please notify the nearest staff member or Guest Relations, for immediate assistance.

ENTRANCE TO CAJUN FIELD (RE-ENTRY TO CAJUN FIELD IS NOT ALLOWED)
To provide a better game day experience for our fans, we ask that fans TRAVEL LIGHTLY when coming to Cajun Field. Fans are encouraged to bring bags only if absolutely necessary. Each ticket holder (including children) may carry one approved clear bag.

Fans without bags can utitlize the Express Lane to bypass the bag-check lines.

The following bags/items will be permitted inside Louisiana athletic facilities and are subject to search:
  • Clear plastic bag that does not exceed 12" by 6" by 12"
  • One gallon clear storage bag
  • Clutch or small purse, with or without a strap, that does not exceed 6.5" by 4.5"
  • Equipment bag for necessary medical items
  • Diaper bag for age-appropriate children accompanied by an adult
  • Stadium chairs with pockets
Prohibited items include (subject to change without notice):
  • Large purses, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, mesh bags, tinted or printed-pattern bags, or any bags larger than 12" by 6" by 12"
  • Camera bags or binocular cases
  • Outside food or drink; animals (except service animals to aid guests with disabilities)

GUEST ASSIST MESSAGING SYSTEM

MERCHANDISE LOCATIONS
Souvenirs are available for purchase inside the stadium near State Farm Gate A. The Ragin' Cajuns Store is open during game day at Russo Park.



PARKING
  • Cajun Field parking gates will open at 8 a.m. on game day.
  • Parking passes are required for ALL parking lots at Cajun Field.
  • Parking in any residential areas or business parking lots WILL RESULT IN TOWING. These areas are not monitored by the University, and the University is not responsible for parking in these lots.
  • When approaching Cajun Field, you will be directed by parking enforcement to the appropriate lot. If you attempt to park on your own, you are doing so at your own risk.
  • Trailers are not allowed to park in ANY parking spots. This will result in your trailer being towed.
  • After Reinhardt Drive closes, no vehicle traffic can move in or out of tailgating spaces.
  • All parking gates are right turn only as left turns will not be allowed from Congress Street or Bertrand. If you are coming from the University Avenue area, you will need to turn on Johnston Street and turn right on North College Road to get to Cajun Field parking lots.

PARKING PASSES
Handicap parking tags will be verified at the lot entrance by parking enforcement. Please have your ID ready to help speed up this process.
RCAF parking passes can be purchased at the RCAF office for $60.  You must be a RCAF Annual Fund donor and a football season ticket holder to be eligible to purchase a pass.



RCAF
Contributions to the Ragin' Cajuns Athletics Foundation (RCAF) provide annual financial support for the 16 intercollegiate sports of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and play a direct role in allowing them to compete at the highest level of NCAA Division I competition. To become an RCAF donor call (337) 851-RCAF or email Susan Breaux at susan.breaux1@louisiana.edu.

Benefits include parking priority, postseason ticket priority, access to special events throughout the year and more, pending RCAF participation level.  RCAF parking passes can be purchased at the RCAF office for $60.  You must be a RCAF Annual Fund donor and a football season ticket holder to be eligible to purchase a pass.



RECYCLING
At Cajun Field, recycling and waste containers will be available at every tailgating spot and in other high-traffic areas in and around Cajun Field. Tailgating spots will have green recycling bins and blue trash bins. Inside the stadium, recycling materials (cardboard, cans, bottles and plastic) will go into red containers, while trash will be stashed in black bins.



RE-ENTRY POLICY
Re-entry is NOT ALLOWED at Cajun Field.



RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located throughout the East, West and South concourses. Restrooms at Russo Park and the Ragin' Cajuns Track/Soccer Facility are open to tailgaters on game day.



SCALPING
The resale of tickets on University property is not permitted.



SECURITY
Stadium security officers and uniformed personnel are stationed throughout the stadium during all games. In the case of a security incident, notify a uniformed stadium employee and/or nearest uniformed security officer. The University Police Department and members of other law enforcement groups will be on hand before, during and after every Ragin' Cajuns home game to assist in fan safety and traffic management.

TAILGATING
All grass areas around Cajun Field are reserved tailgating and are sold out for this season. A tailgating pass is required.

Reserved tailgating setup begins at noon on Friday.

Reserved RV setup begins at 5pm Friday. RV spot holders who cannot access their spots because of vehicles remaining in the lot, can call the University Police Office at 337-482-6447 for assistance.

Reinhardt Drive will close when foot traffic get too congested in the area, or just prior to the Cajun Walk. The earliest time Reinhardt Drive closes is 5 hours prior to game time.

After Reinhardt Drive closes, no vehicle traffic can move in or out of tailgating spaces.

TICKETS
The Louisiana Athletics Ticket Office is located at the CAJUNDOME. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Hours may be extended to accommodate the needs of specific events. GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION
  • Game day ticket sales windows will open at 10:00 a.m. at the Cajundome Box Office
  • The Main Ticket Booth at Russo Park and Will Call (located at this ticket booth) will open at 11:00 a.m.
  • Gates C, D, and E ticket booth will open 2.5 hours prior to kick off.
  • Stadium gates open 90 minutes before kickoff.
  • Children under two (2) do not need a ticket. They must be seated on an adult's lap and not interfere with the sightlines of other guests.

HANDICAP SEATING: Handicap patron seating is available behind Sections F on the west side with a raised area behind Section F on the west side and Section O on the east side. Standing in these areas throughout the game is not permitted. There is also handicap seating located in the South endzone seating areas located behind Sections V1, W1, W2, X1, and Y. Contact the Cajundome ticket office for more information.

LOUISIANA PLAYER PASS GATE: Louisiana Player pass gate is located at Gate A1 and will open 90 minutes prior to kick off. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets.

VISITING TEAM PASS GATE: The visiting team pass gate is located at Gate D1. The pass gate will open 90 minutes prior to kick off. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets.

WILL CALL: General Will Call is for customers who have purchased in advance and requested their tickets to be left at Will Call. Customers may pick up Will Call tickets any time in advance at the CAJUNDOME Box Office during normal business hours or on game day beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the Russo Park ticket office. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets.

Where do I park if I do not have a pass?
General parking is located across West Congress Street from Cajun Field.

Is general parking free?
No, general parking will carry a $10 fee for every Louisiana Football home game. Credit cards are the only accepted form of payment for general parking.

Where is handicap parking?
Handicap parking is accessible by turning into Gate 4 from Congress. It is the parking lot on the east side of Cajun Field. If handicap parking is full, you will still be allowed to drop off the handicapped patron near Gate D of the stadium and then will be directed to park in general parking.

Where is the Alumni Association tailgate tent?
Alumni Association tailgating is located adjacent to Reinhardt Drive near Russo Park.

Where is UPC student tailgating?
UPC student tailgating is located at the Student Tailgating area near Gate E.

What tailgating band is playing today and what time do they start playing?
The tailgating band starts playing approximately 2.5 hours before kickoff. The band for the Appalachian State game is Wayne Toups.

What time is the Cajun Walk?
The Cajun Walk begins approximately 2.5 hours before kickoff. The team will walk from the Parking Gate 1 entrance by the Track/Soccer Complex and walk along Reinhardt Drive to Cajun Field through State Farm Gate A.

What time is the Ragin' March Parade?
The Ragin' March Parade begins approximately one hour before kickoff. The spirit groups and band will start and parade down Reinhardt Drive to the Alumni Association tailgating area.

Where can I purchase Ragin' Cajuns gear?
The Ragin' Cajuns Store is located at Russo Park. Souvenirs can be purchased inside the stadium at the Ragin' Cajuns Store trailer near the State Farm Gate A entrance.

Where can I buy tickets on gameday?
Tickets can be purchased at the Cajundome Box Office throughout the week. On game day, tickets can be purchased at the Cajundome Box Office from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the main ticket booth at Russo Park at 10:30 a.m., and Gates C, D, and E ticket booths at 2.5 hours prior to kickoff.

Will Call is located at the main ticket booth at Russo Park.

Where the Player Pass Gates located?
Home Player Pass gate is located at Gate A1 and is open 1.5 hours prior to kickoff. Visiting player passes are located at Gate D1 and is also open 1.5 hours prior to kickoff.

What time do gates open?
Gates open 1.5 hours prior to kickoff. Fans are encouraged to enter the gates as early as possible as waiting closer to kickoff may result in longer waiting through entrances and bag checking.

Where is the Sky Box entrance?
The Sky Box entrance is located at Gate B behind the press box.

Where can I enter with my student ID?
Students may enter with a valid student ID through any gate.

Can I enter through any gate at Cajun Field with a ticket?
Fans may enter through any gate at Cajun Field and are encouraged to use other gates as the gate closest to you may not have the shortest line. However, Gate B accepts only Sky Box tickets.

Can I ride my bike to Cajun Field?

Are umbrellas allowed in Cajun Field?

First aid booths are located on each concourse on the west and east sides.

Where are the concessions located?
Concessions are located in the middle of each concourse, as well as on the south end zone section. Vendors are also located around each concourse and along hillside seating. Fans are encouraged to follow (@ULConcessions) on Twitter or Facebook (/ULConcesssions) for specials and updates throughout the game.

Are there ATMs at Cajun Field?
ATMs are located near the first level concession stand on the west side, near the concession stand on the east side, and near the concession stand on the south side.
